Dear Mr. Shahid khan, I tried to contact you through email and called on your official phone but couldn't reach you and had no reply from you so far. Gulf Migration services is not listening to my and failed to provide me the proof of their ICCRC registration as well as their relationship so far but they claim that they are official partners with your organization Eclat and have put name and contact details of Eclat on their website. I signed contract with them because I have been told that the company is registered with ICCRC and a logo was shown to me one the website as a proof. Second convincing point was the name of ICCRC registered consultant Mr. Shahid Khan and a Canadian company named Eclat (Mr. Shahid Khan is the owner of the company). Till date, Gulf Migration is not able to provide me the proof of their relationship with Eclat (mentioned on their website) and also with Mr. Shahid Khan. If you check the ICCRC website, Gulf Migration is not registered with them therefore I will not advise you to signup with them! I tried to email Eclat and Mr. Shahid khan many times to confirm their affiliation with Gulf Migration but didn't receive a single reply. I tried to call Eclat but phone is always on tape recording. I have created my Express Entry Profile at my own and applied for 3-4 PIP programs by myself. I have been told by a staff from Gulf Migration that they can help me to apply for two most attractive provinces with maximum chances to success. I have been offered AIPP and PIP package and I paid for both in Advance. Since it was my first time to sign a services contract with the company therefore I easily fallen victim and signed a poorly written contract on verbal commitment and reassurance as it was from my country mate! Later upon followup, I have been told that Mr. Z! Since you have already applied for the eligible PIP programs therefore Gulf Migration can't help you in this (despite they charged me for PIP). At the moment I don't know the status of My AIPP application and which profession they are applying for me as I was told that in AIPP they will apply in a different profession and within three months I will start Online interviews and will get a job offer. Upon contacting the gulf migration, they start fighting and threaten me that I will lose all my money if I raised voice or posted comment on Google. You are requested to please confirm the affiliation Eclat with Gulf Migration and help me to resolve my issue or get my money back form them!
