Mr Tait requested the same information several times. His process to take information from the client is disorganized. I would often ask him about new policies that he was unaware of that affected to process. After 5 months of trying to sponsor a nanny with his service and not being able to, I terminated his service and went to an immigration lawyer. I completed the process with no frustration nor inefficiency. Mr. Tait refuses to refund me even though documents were never submitted after 5 months. He sent me a timesheet for his hours that included a lot of time spent researching information he should know as a professional. The RCIC cannot help with refunds. Do not use consultants, they are not as knowledgeable as lawyers based on my experience with Mr Tait. It is very unethical to charge the fee they charge for the service they provide and the customer has no recourse....highly unethical!
